Ready to Ascend?

We believe athletes deserve more than just another class.

Ascend combines intentional coaching, personalized development, mentorship, sports nutrition guidance, strength and recovery, industry-leading instructors, and flexible programming, all designed to help athletes grow both on and off the floor.

Absolutely not! Ascend is designed to complement, not compete with, your current studio or team. Our goal is to help athletes continue thriving where they already train while providing additional opportunities for growth, development, and specialized training.

Ascend is built for athletes of all ages, abilities, and experience levels. Whether you're preparing for college dance, making your first dance team, looking for supplemental training, or simply wanting to become a stronger, more confident athlete, there's a place for you here.

Every athlete's journey is unique, and that's exactly how we approach training.

Each athlete will have the opportunity to meet with our team so we can learn about their goals, strengths, and aspirations. Together, we'll help create a personalized roadmap and recommend the classes, training opportunities, and experiences that best support their growth.

Quality coaching starts with intentional class sizes.

To ensure every athlete receives meaningful feedback and individualized attention, most classes are intentionally capped at 15 athletes.

Yes! We offer one-on-one private lessons tailored to each athlete's goals. Whether it's technique, strength, flexibility, audition preparation, confidence, or performance, our coaches will create a personalized training experience.

Absolutely! Throughout the year we'll bring in college coaches, professional dancers, choreographers, and industry leaders to give athletes opportunities to learn from some of the best in the industry.

No! That's part of what makes Ascend different.

In addition to our core programming, we'll continually introduce specialty workshops, master classes, guest instructors, seasonal training opportunities, and new experiences throughout the year, keeping training fresh, engaging, and relevant.

We believe every athlete's journey is different, which is why we offer flexible ways to train.

Athletes can participate through memberships, specialty workshops, master classes, private lessons, and select drop-in opportunities depending on the class. Whether you're looking for consistent weekly training or occasional opportunities to sharpen specific skills, we'll have options designed to fit your goals and schedule.
